Temperature plays a huge role in newborn comfort. My studio is kept at a cozy, womb-like warmth — usually around 80°F — so your baby can relax and even drift off to sleep without needing extra layers. Warmth not only helps keep baby happy and sleepy, but it also ensures we capture those serene, peaceful moments that define the newborn stage.
Every blanket, wrap, and prop is prepped and ready, so baby transitions smoothly from one setup to the next with minimal disturbance.
Posing, Comfort, and Timing
Every pose you see in my galleries is created with safety and comfort in mind. I use gentle transitions, supporting baby’s natural posture and flexibility. If baby needs a break, we pause. If baby’s hungry, we feed. If baby needs extra soothing, we take our time.
That’s why newborn sessions can take up to four hours — because the best images aren’t rushed. Timing is everything. I follow your baby’s cues, not a strict timeline, so every image feels genuine and unforced.
